"After just one session with John Nash on 5/4, my arthritic left elbow is completely mobile and pain free. I have been living with the pain for the past year and methods I've tried didn't seem to help. I've tried medications, therapy, body work, etc. Not only I can tie my hair in a pony tail but also I carried two grocery bags today! Guess on which arm? One on each arm! I feel balanced, confident, grounded, and happy. I can't imagine what will happen to me when I'm done with 10 series. Thanks JN!"

"Standing on stage at the end of the New York Tri State Yoga Asana Championship, I heard the announcer say that the first and second place winners were being flown out to Los Angeles to compete in the National Yoga Championship. The next thing I heard was my name, and I had to think twice! How, at 54 years of age, just a few weeks shy of turning 55, with competitors half my age, do I win a yoga competition and get selected to compete on the national level?

Since that moment, I have spent as much time reflecting on this question, as in physical preparation for the event. The answer is clear. I look around at the people who guided me with their inspiration, physical training, and body work In my heart and mind, I know that John Nash with his knowledge of Bikram Yoga and the Rolf method of structural integration, is the person who had the greatest influence on me during my personal and physical transformational journey.

Using the techniques developed by Ida Rolf, John Nash took me completely through the structural integration series and enabled me to achieve greater body alignment, balance, and integration of my muscles, tissues, and skeletal structure. John is brilliant with his hands and equally as brilliant with his words, as he physically worked my body and guided me towards a greater understanding of the connections in my body structure. This process has transformed my yoga practice, my posture, and the manner in which I walk and move throughout the day. Over ten sessions, John worked on my body from head to toe, and as a result I have achieved a greater sense of muscle memory to retain the changes in my body that work with the forces of gravity to center me. This has enhanced my physical and mental well-being and opened my body, mind, and heart to a world of even greater possibilities. My journey to the National Yoga Competition has been given an effective short-cut as my physical training was truly enhanced through Rolfing. In weeks, I achieved through John what would have taken years to learn and accomplish on my own."

"Being a massage therapist and a person who has had back surgery in the past, I have gotten so many different types of bodywork over the years to feel relief. I can honestly say that structural integrative work is the only type of bodywork that has opened my body up to feel such relief, not only physically, but mentally as well."

"Body work with John Nash has inspired truly magical and profound changes in both my body and my mind. In working with John, I feel more grounded and confident. Many of my friends and family have noticed major changes in my posture and my speaking voice. I use my voice quite a bit as a yoga instructor and a singer. I have gained so much control over my voice and I now feel that I get much more projection and clarity and I have to work less to achieve this. As a singer, I have learned how to access my higher register with ease extending my range by three notes and in the future, I am sure many more. My body looks and feels better than it ever has and this has given me a new confidence in myself."
